KR-518

KR-518 use the innovated tubing forming technology SPF to shape most the tube on the frame. By using the SPF
to make the front part of chain stays to be wider to join the B.B. set with expansive cold forged yoke.
It makes the B.B area more stiffer and creates the one piece looking. It normally to be found in full carbon frame.
The new SPF top tube was to design to be weightless, it will make the KR-518 lighter than the KR-515.
The taper head tube create more strength between the fork and the frame and make the fork more stabilized
By using the SPF to form Top tube, down tube and seat tube makes the frame lighter and more looks like full carbon frame with aluminum.
This is our vision to have nice frame but much cheaper. This is the way we made it.
